Terms and Conditions for Website and Services — Lendright Micro Association
By accessing or using the Lendright Micro Association website, mobile application, or related digital platforms (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.
These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into contracts, and a resident of India. Use of our lending services is subject to Know Your Customer (“KYC”) verification and credit assessment in accordance with applicable laws.
Loans offered through our platform are unsecured, short-term, and designed for urgent household needs with quick disbursement. All loans are subject to eligibility criteria, credit assessment, terms communicated separately, and your acceptance of individual loan agreements.
Loan approval and sanction is at the sole discretion of Lendright Micro Association. We reserve the right to reject applications without providing reasons.
You agree to use the Site and services solely for lawful purposes and not engage in misuse, fraudulent activities, unauthorized access, or actions that may disrupt the operation of our systems.
Interest rates, fees, and other charges applicable to loans will be clearly disclosed to you prior to loan acceptance, in compliance with applicable guidelines. Interest rates are subject to change with prior notice as per regulatory norms.
Your use of services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, use, storage, and sharing practices. We comply with applicable Indian data privacy and protection laws.
The Site and financial services are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that loans will be approved. Lendright Micro Association shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use our services except as mandated by law.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Unresolved disputes after 15 days shall be referred to arbitration at New Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat at New Delhi.
Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction post arbitration award.
Lendright Micro Association may modify these Terms at any time with an updated effective date posted on the Site. Continued use signals your acceptance of such changes.
